Instructor Software Requests

Please follow the four steps below to request that your software be installed:

1. Navigate to the Software Installation Request Form.  After filling out this form click on the "Submit the Form" button found at the bottom of the form.
2. You should see the "Software Installation Request Completed" page.  This page gives you a "Software Installation Request Number" to reference your installation and our contact information.
3. An email will be sent the the email address entered in the Author section of the form.  This email includes all the information entered into the form as well as our contact information.
4. Proof of licenses and sometimes installation media are required for installations.  The email you receive will detail the how to provide the media and licenses needed for the installation.
