Costs incurred to add, change, or remove customer equipment to NTS Data Centers are charged by OIT.

Cost Examples

• Technician time
• Fiber, Ethernet, or coax
• Racks, shelves, mounting brackets, power strips
• Additional power
• Additional fiber cabinets
• Additional Ethernet patch panels
• Removal of unwanted debris

Rescheduling or Canceling Appointments

Failure to provide 48 hour notice to reschedule or cancel scheduled service timeframe with OIT for NTS Data Centers results in customer service costs.
