Work requests must be submitted before any installation, moves, or decommissioning of equipment will take place. Technical specifications need to be provided by the customer for each piece of equipment that will be installed or moved. 

Please allow a minimum of three weeks for Data Center site preparation after technical specifications are submitted with complete requirements before any customer equipment can be installed.
