NTS Data Center Locations
NTS Data Center customers please visit theorder services page to add, change, or remove departmental equipment.
Customers provide:
- Technical specification for equipment
- Manufacturer name, model, and options included
- Manufacturer part and serial numbers
- Dimensions
- Number of copper Ethernet connections
- Distant end fiber connections
- IP Address or VLAN
- Console connection termination
- Number of power supplies
- Amperage draw
- Head dissipation in BTU
- Acceptable operating temperature range
- Voltage and NEMA plug type
- Connections to other servers or infrastructure
- Server name
- Maintenance window
- Group ownership
- System admin contact and escalation information
Estimated Timeframe
Upon order and technical specification receipt by NTS, three weeks of site preparation time is necessary prior to customer equipment installation.
Work Performance
NTS performs all adds, changes, and removal of equipment in telecommunication rooms.
- Unauthorized work in Data Centers not concluded as emergency repair after investigation is disconnected and removed
- Outages resulting from disconnected equipment due to unauthorized work are the customer's responsibility
- Customer equipment not specified on the order services request is not installed
