Coffman Memorial Union

Free Services

• Symantec AntiVirus installation assistance and virus removal consultation
• Wireless network connection problem troubleshooting
• E-mail client configuration
• Internet password changes—including a self-service password change station for students
• Application configuration and installation
• Driver updates (particularly network driver adapters)
• WebVista, Moodle, and myU problem troubleshooting
• Vendor equipment demonstrations, presentations, and consultations

Fee-based Services

• Software and hardware diagnostics and installation
• Hardware diagnostic support (repairs are available through U-Rent-a-Guru main office at 2218 University Ave.)
• Operating system and software installations

Coffey Hall

Room 50 of Coffey Hall is a learning environment, computer lab, and a Tech Stop all wrapped into one. Below is a list of services offered at the Coffey 50 location.

Learning Environment

• 33-seat learning environment
• Smart technologies for presentation
• Conference and collaborative learning facility (available for faculty and students)

Computer Lab

• Open computer lab (outside scheduled class hours)

Tech Stop

• Assistance with application configuration and installation
• Technology support
• Hardware diagnostic support (repairs are available through U-Rent-a-Guru main office at 2218 University Ave.)
