Office of Information Technology (OIT) is standardizing telephone feature sets throughout campus in order to streamline the service delivery process and in preparation for implementing an online self-help process allowing authorized customers to manage voice services on their existing phones.
The first phase of this project is standardizing the fixed telephone feature buttons on all ITE12 and ITE30 phones, with the exception of Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) phones. ACD phones will be standardized sometime in the future.
All ITE12 and ITE30 phones with fixed telephone feature buttons are being changed to one of 5 new standard feature sets available for each phone. To view the new standard feature sets available for each phone type, check the ITE12 or ITE30 user guides.
Additional information is provided to customers as the project progresses, and all customers on campus are contacted by OIT prior to any changes being made to their phone.
